Rusty Shackleford  (pictured here) is a well-known business man and slumlord who has been growing marijuana for over 40 years. Let's just say he knows what he's doing. His various business ventures include Closet Brewing Company, Yosie's smokes illegal cigarettes, and various other highly profitable businesses. At 18 years old, he moved to Miami, taught himself everything about stocks and finances, bought a business, and thrived alone. This gave him an enormous, dangerous edge over his competitors, many of them simply giving up after doing business with him. His future goals and aspirations include owning a slum in uganda, a slum in Mexico, a slum in brazil, a slum in the phillipines, and possibly even a slum in the newly established Islamic Republic of Britainistan. He is banned from various locations such as Israel, Hamburg Germany, and the American Museum of Natural History, probably due to the fact that he has way too much motion.
